Today we enjoyed an authentic Italian lunch which was created for us in-house by Italian Chef, Marina Midolo. The slapup feast consisted of pasta bake with vegetables and meatballs, vegetarian pasta bake and gluten free carbonara – all dietary needs were catered for. A traditional tiramisu was our centre stage dessert and was an absolute triumph! The meal was enjoyed with a selection of Italian wines and lagers.
